 Originally created for top US mystery entertainer Richard Lavengood, the Factotum Spirit Pendulum by Subversive Circuits marks a huge leap in the level of realism achievable by séance props.
Always under your control, the Factotum Spirit Pendulum is designed to resemble an authentic instrument used in pre-war paranormal investigations. Watch the shocked reactions of spectators as the stationary pendulum gradually begins to move to and fro, back and forth, even clockwise and counter clockwise, in answer to their questions. You can even bring the swinging pendulum to a near halt again, all at will.
Fully examinable, the individually hand crafted and aged tulipwood pendulum itself can be used for the purposes of divination and suggestion work prior to being hung on the stand ready to summon the spirits to answer questions from beyond.
We put a lot of thought into the design of the Factotum Spirit Pendulum to ensure we created the best effect possible. To switch it on, for example, you simply insert the stand into the base. You can do this in front of the séance and no one will be any the wiser. The circuitry takes so little power that the single PP3 battery lasts for up to 12 hours, and also takes a long time to fade so you can't be left with a dead prop at the crucial moment. What's more, the base is designed so that when you rap it with your knuckles, it always sounds completely solid.
The Factotum Spirit Pendulum is 100% Hydra-compatible and uses our exclusive "Pindrop" technology for completely silent operation and features a secure, encrypted, wireless channel with a range of over 20 metres. It’s even compatible with our range of Hydra remote sensors.
What’s more, at Doomsday 2011, we will be launching our new remote pressure switch system, enabling you to control the Factotum Spirit Pendulum completely “hands off”.
